The Town of Brookfield Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 2025 Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD). A POCD is an official, long-range planning document that provides policy guidance for future growth, development, zoning, land use, infrastructure, and services. The public is invited to share their comments on the Draft POCD.

Come to this workshop to discuss the Plan of Conservation and Development, ask questions, share your input on preliminary draft goals and recommendations, and help create a shared community vision for Brookfield for the next 10 years.

Help us identify your priority issues and opportunities for Brookfield’s future! This survey asks opinions about specific areas of conservation and development, such as housing, open space and natural resources, economic development and commercial districts, transportation, and community facilities.
